Introduction to Anthropology

Anthropology 1010, Culture & Human Experience   

This class was a survey course in basic Anthropology. In it we were encouraged to experience the anthropological opportunities in our own backyard- Salt Lake City and the surrounding area. We were often engaged in in-class debate and discussion on culture, tradition, ethics, equality and even economics. 

The paper I have attached here is the final project for the course. We were allowed to choose any existing culture and complete a research paper describing that culture's history, subsistence strategies, kinship and artwork. The chosen culture for my paper is the Haida tribe of the Pacific Northwest.
